Peter Spurgeon: Decoy (One-day event)

During the Second World War the Air Ministry commissioned film studios to create fake cities, airfields, docks and oil refineries with the intention of diverting enemy bombs from real targets. Photographer Peter Spurgeon describes how they operated and how he has photographed them.
