How to Enter

2. Enter Pre-Selection Round - Deadline 17 August 2012

a) Upload electronic copies of your images and complete the Entry Form by
6pm (extended from 12pm), Friday, 17th August 2012

b) An entry fee of £8 is payable per photographer. This fee entitles the photographer to submit up to 6 images to the exhibition selectors (includes both Pre-Selection and Print Selection Rounds). Payment is accepted online at time of entry (via PayPal) or by cheque to 'London Independent Photography' (Please post cheque to John Stead address below, to arrive no later than the 17th August)

3. Pre-Selection Results Announced - 24 August 2012

At 12 Noon, Friday, 24th August 2012, a list will be posted on the LIP Website of the photographs that selectors would like to see as prints

4. Deliver Prints - 8-10 September 2012

(NOTE: ONLY for Members with work chosen during Pre-Selection Round)

Bring your unframed prints to one of the following two drop off points, during the dates and times listed below. If you cannot make these times please liaise with your satellite group or a friend to arrange delivery.

5. Print Selections Announced - 13 September 2012

Our team of selectors will choose from prints submitted to the final selection round (based on their initial Pre-Selection Round choices).

An announcement will be posted on the LIP website 13th September listing members whose work has been selected for the 24th Annual Exhibition (including the number of prints).

A fee of £10 is payable per print accepted to the exhibition. Please pay this by cash or cheque when you come to collect your prints. Details regarding hanging and the exhibition itself will be provided upon collection.

6. Collect Prints - 13-16 September 2012

You must collect your prints from the same location at which you originally delivered them.

Please also bring payment for hanging fees if you have had prints selected (see Physical Print Selections above).
