Chris Moxey

I was born in Brighton and now live in west London. Observing people is what I enjoy doing; ordinary people going about their day-to-day business... on the street, in cafes, on public transport - and at the seaside. I rarely have any interaction with my subjects, preferring to seek out those unguarded moments as I feel the moment someone starts to pose the whole dynamic changes. Elderly people feature often in my images; I feel they're under-represented in the media -- the cult of youth is all-pervading but the population as a whole is ageing.
