A snapshotter by background, inclination and level of skills, I enjoy all areas of photography, from its early history to tomorrow's world. I try to produce interesting or amusing efforts, using digital manipulation where necessary. I am chairman of Hampstead Photographic Society, northwest London's leading amateur group, member of LIP, active with Photofusion and the Photographers Gallery. You'll see my white hair and beard wherever there is free beer.
