An evening of two halves. The first, a sweat-inducing, body-crumbling, nerve-tautening but comradely & sympathetic sharing of our latest work. The second, a sit-back-and-relax-while-international-monopoly-capitalism-burns- across-the-river moment to enjoy.
Dave Mason has been a fine supporter of our group since we kicked off last May. He is a member of the Arena group of photographers & he will be presenting to the group’s annual seminar down in Bournemouth in May. I am highly delighted that he will be at Greenwich this month to give us a preview.
We have been blessed over the last year with many contributions of inspirational work that have stimulated us towards photographic practice that is both innovative & challenging; Dave’s illustration of the broad range of sources of his own journey continues this.

Dave will be closing our evening which gives us an uninterrupted space for our own work without which our cup would be only half full. As always…work finished, work in progress, work trying to find its way home, work caught on the hoof—all are welcome, all are equally received.
What’s more…Viewfinder has a fresh exhibition & I’m expecting the two photographers, Jenny Nordquist & Elina Jokipii, to be joining us to take us through their work.
