Now we are one!

Year old that is. During which time much wonderful work has drifted up the estuary & the breadth of vision amazes monthly.

For the May meetup there will be cake (of sorts) but no stopping for breath.

We’ve had some great guest photographers during the year too & this month we will be welcoming Tiffany Jones on the evening.

Tiffany is keeper of LIP’s website & her current project Ladies’ Night is featured in the Summer edition of LIP mag. Here’s how she introduces her session::

“I’ll discuss my experiences with choosing to do street photography and focus on the significant ways my work has evolved in the past year, both in style, and the progression into making series of work rather than collecting just single pictures. I’ll show some single images and explain a self-assigned project which had a great impact on my working methods. As well I’ll bring a sample of pictures from two series – a long-term project made in a bar in Soho and a very short-term work from Chinatown in New York.”

You don’t have to bring a pic but we’d love it if you did. As always, whatever the state of your work your vision is unique. Please share if you feel up for it. Not ready yet? Please come anyway
