14 Magazine is devoted to poems of fourteen lines, and Anne-Marie Glasheen will be the featured artist/photographer in the July issue, number 12
Anne-Marie is a photographic artist, poet and literary translator. Her father was Belgian, her mother English. Apart from straight photography, she makes extensive use of digital montaging – combining layers of scanned and/or photographed images to produce original images of altered realities, sometimes incorporating words: English and/or French to reflect her dual heritage. She is increasingly concerned with memory and transience; as well as issues of identity and her relationship with what is beyond as well as behind.
