Lovely to see you all last night and a special welcome to all the newcomers – it is wonderful to have you along.

We discussed ideas for our next exhibition – as well as presenting our own work under a theme to be decided. For the purposes of widening our appeal and to be recognised locally under an arts banner this theme was put forward – ‘A Day in the Life of Putney’ – this got broad support and I will therefore approach Wandsworth Arts Festival to see whether we might get on their fringe programme.

Our theme for November is ‘Fast’, which will hopefully get us all thinking. Our next meeting will be the evening of 20th November and I look forward to seeing you then.
