Black-and-white photographs. Humans work in the landscape, build structures, operate machinery. And then they move on, leaving behind them traces, marks, puzzling artefacts. As I watch their objects crumble, rust and rot, I wonder who these makers and doers were. I think about purposes, transience and forgetting.
