I thought I'd ask the LIP members about this maybe one of you can give me some info.

I've been having problems processing RAW .NEF files through Adobe RAW converter;
one solution to this would be to use Capture NX.

So I would be very interested to hear from anyone using this software.

Also I should add that it is on a Mac not a PC.

Seems to be a decnt bit of software. I'm not a Nikon user but I swear by Capture One for processing my RAW files. It comes in LE and Pro versions and there's a free trial of either available from the Phase One website.

I have tried both and I recommend phase one as the Nikon Capture NX is far too slow. Capture NX does offer some great features but it is speed of processing that makes phase one stand out. If Nikon could change the speed issues then I would snap it up.
