The first, very lively, meeting of the new Kingston Satellite group attracted over 25 enthusiastic photographers, of existing LIP members and students who have completed their HNC or City and Guilds courses at Kingston College. Cafe Bernardo, a perfect venue, offered us both good wine and tapas, so the group enthusiastically approved that it should be our regular meeting place. Monthly meetings will be on the first Tuesday of every month, but the group also voted that they would like to use the Cafe as an informal ‘drop in venue’ on other any other Tuesday as well!
