Lovely to see everyone this evening and what fun we had, with some great sharing.
 
I began with a couple of Internet finds before moving on to a rather marvellous project from Paul, who like many people is missing the events from this summer, in particular Henley and this was his ‘love letter’ to the event…some fantastic pictures here Paul, my favourite probably being the family punting towards the end.
 Juliette then shared her love of the Walled Garden in Fulham Palace by showing us a slide show (with music) of pictures she took last year when she was convalescing from her broken leg and where she went to take her daily exercise – some really fabulous flower pictures.
 If anyone else has some projects they would like to share please let me know?
 Our theme this month was ‘Open’ and some great pictures on show – stand out’s for me? Well Bill’s Bum should get a mention but besides this rather nifty catch, James W’s picture taken early morning in St James’s Park was certainly a firm favourite amongst everyone.

I hope everyone has a lovely summer, under very unusual circumstances and I look forward to seeing everyone on 15 September (no August meeting), where our theme will ‘symmetry’.
