Reflections on Banksy. Carol shared various images of the Banksy work recently installed in Woolwich, and the way that the viewer’s perception of the work was affected by the various environmental changes around it: the removal of the car and the almost instant graffiti addition and then how the work is further affected by the protective cover.

Matchstick people. Ian also showed a variety of images particularly around a project he’s embarking on around the notion of matchstick people.
Urban geometry. Aaron’s work lead to a discussion of the photography of, mainly, buildings in an urban setting and how the position and angle of the photographer affected the image.
