\n\u2028b) Ensure you have uploaded digital copies of your images during the entry process.\u2028\u2028
\nc) An entry fee of \u00a330 is payable per LIP member submitting work for consideration.\u2028The fee entitles the photographer to submit up to 6 images.\u2028
\nPayment is accepted online at the time of entry or\u2028 by bank transfer to London Independent Photography Account No 22435604 Sort Code 23-05-80 (reference: your membership number)\u2028or by cheque payable to London Independent Photography (please post to arrive no later than 18 October 2026 to LIP Treasurer, Oak Lodge, Watts Lane, Chislehurst BR7 5PJ).<\/p>\n

Results Announced\u2028<\/strong>
\nMembers with work selected for hanging will be informed by email by Sunday 22 November 2026. A maximum of 3 works per entrant will be selected for hanging.
\nEntrants with no works selected for hanging will be advised by the same date of the image selected by the Exhibition Organiser for inclusion in the catalogue and in a group or digital display . <\/p>\n

Deliver Prints: <\/strong>
\nONLY for Members with works selected for hanging\u2028You must deliver your mounted\/framed prints ready for hanging direct to Espacio Gallery on Tuesday 2nd February 2027 between 7-8 pm or Weds morning 3 Feb between 9-11am.
\nIf you are unable to arrange to deliver your print at that time, please contact Imogen Bloor via exhibitions@londonphotography.org.uk to make alternative arrangements.
\nPayment of hanging fees (\u00a315 per work) is due no later than Sunday 17 January 2026. The preferred method of payment is online via a link to be sent to all selected members for the exhibition or by bank transfer to London Independent Photography Account No 22435604 Sort Code 23-05-80 or by cash or cheque payable to London Independent Photography to LIP Treasurer, Oak Lodge, Watts Lane, Chislehurst BR7 5PJ.<\/p>\n

Collect Prints\u2028<\/strong>
\nYou must\u00a0collect your prints at the close of the exhibition on Tuesday 9 February 2026 between 17.00 and 19.00.<\/p>\n
