1. Read both Terms & Conditions and Help & Advice

2. Complete Entry Form Online

Submit your details via the Entry Form by 6pm, 2nd September 2010.

If you have problems using the online Entry Form you can also print out a copy (click to download PDF) and post to John Stead, 13 Elwin Street, London, E2 7BU. Your form should arrive by the 2nd September 2010 at the latest.

3. Deliver Prints & Entry Fee: 3 & 4 September

Bring your unframed prints to one of the following two drop off points, during the dates and times listed only. If you cannot make these times please liaise with your satellite group or a friend to arrange delivery.

     Friday 3rd September (evening 6-8pm) or
     Saturday 4th September (daytime 10-1pm)

A fee of £8 is payable per photographer. This fee entitles the photographer to submit up to 6 prints to the exhibition selectors. Please pay this by cash or cheque when you deliver your prints.

4. Selections

Our team of selectors will choose from all the prints entered on 8th September.

An announcement will be posted on the website 9th September listing members whose work has been selected (including the number of prints).

A fee of £10 is payable per print accepted to the exhibition. Please pay this by cash or cheque when you come to collect your prints. Details regarding hanging and the exhibition itself will be provided upon collection.

5. Collect Prints: 10 & 11 September

You must collect your prints from the same location at which you originally delivered them.

Please also bring payment for hanging fees if you have had prints selected (see Selections above).
